General Sportsbook Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Deposit bonuses
Eligibility
1.1. Deposit bonuses are available to eligible Winnerz account holders. The availability of a deposit bonus may vary based on specific criteria. Certain bonuses may not be available to all clients and are subject to individual eligibility conditions outlined in the specific promotion’s terms and conditions on the Promotions page.
1.2. Customers must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
Bonus claim
1.3. To claim a deposit bonus, customers must select the desired promotion on the deposit page before completing their deposit.
1.4. Only one deposit bonus can be claimed per promotion period or for the dedicated purpose. Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions.
Bonus Usage and Wagering Requirements
1.5. Deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which apply to both the deposit amount and the bonus funds.
1.6. Deposit bonuses are subject to an expiration period. Considering bet settlement times, bets may only be placed up to the final 48 hours of the given wagering period.
For example, if a deposit bonus has a 7-day expiration period, bets can only be placed on events starting within the first 5 days. The remaining 2 days are reserved exclusively for bet settlement, ensuring all wagering requirements are completed within the valid timeframe.
1.7. Only bets placed on eligible markets, odds, and products will count towards meeting the wagering requirements. Bets that are cashed out, canceled, or voided do not qualify.
1.8. The wagering progress can be tracked in the customer’s account under the "My Bonuses" section. Only settled bets will be displayed in the bonus tracker, in accordance with clause 1.6.
General deposit bonus rules
1.9. Customers cannot cancel an active bonus if there are unsettled bets contributing to the bonus wagering progress.
1.10. Any systematic bonus abuse is not tolerated; this could lead to bonus fund and winning cancellation since promotional offers are extended for entertainment and engagement purposes only. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:
a) Placing bets on markets that have a high likelihood of a void, while the system counts it as a wager.
b) Placing opposite outcome bets to guarantee a win.
c) Placing coordinated bets with other users.
d) Any systematic behaviour similar to ones mentioned above, which Winnerz deem to be abusive for the offer.
2. Specific Terms for Free Bets
2.1. Free Bets have three subtypes: Free Bet, Risk-Free Bet, Free Money.
Free Bet - a coupon that must be applied in the betslip. Doesn’t require funds, and guarantees the net win of the bet in case of a win.
Risk-Free Bet - a coupon that must be applied in the betslip upon making a bet with your own funds. If the bonus was applied to the bet in question, it would provide a return of the stake amount in case of a loss. If the bet is voided, the coupon will not be granted the second time.
Free Money - a coupon that must be selected in the betslip. Free Money bet is treated as a usual bet, doesn’t require funds to be placed, but guarantees a full payout (including the stake) in case of a win.
2.2. Free Bets are subject to expiry time, as well as there may be odd and tournament limits. This information will be clearly communicated via the relevant channel, whether that be promotions or deposit page, or email.
2.3. In the event Free Bet has a wager, only winnings received from the bet in question will be multiplied by the coefficient of the bonus.
2.4. In case of a Free Bet with a wager, rule 1.6 applies.
3. Important Information
3.1. The maximum winnings obtainable from the welcome pack bonuses are limited to the total sum of the qualifying deposit amount required to claim the maximum bonus and the maximum bonus amount.
As an example:
Bonus value: 100%
Maximum bonus amount: €200
Maximum payout calculation: (€200 / (100 / 100)) + €200 = €400
3.2. Upon completion of the wagering requirements and conversion of the bonus to real balance, any amount exceeding the maximum payout for the respective bonus will be deducted, and only the maximum payout amount will be credited to the real balance.

3.4. Winnerz reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
3.5. Some Deposit Bonuses may include Free Bets. When this applies, both Deposit Bonus and Free Bet rules are valid and equally binding.
3.6. In the event of suspicion of bonus abuse, Winnerz reserves the right to freeze the account for an investigation and cancel any winnings or bonus funds claimed unfairly.
3.7. Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per person, household, address, IP address, email, payment method, or shared device.
If Winnerz suspects that a bonus has been claimed unfairly or in collusion between linked individuals for abusive purposes, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
3.8. All promotional offers are solely owned by Winnerz, meaning Winnerz is the decision maker for bonus availability (or not) for all accounts. Since qualification criteria may change in real time, there may be situations where an account initially qualified for a bonus but later no longer does, or vice versa. In such cases, the first part of this rule shall apply.
