GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GAMES OF CHANCE
The sports betting (Toto) Terms and Conditions can be found here, and they apply together with these General Terms and Conditions.
1. PARTIES AND AGREEMENT
1.1. The offeror of the games, Hitz Gaming OÜ, company identification number: 16217486 address: Pärnu mnt 31-66, Tallinn, 10119, Estonia (Operator) is a business entity in Estonia, operating the Winnerz site in Estonia (Website).
The Operator's email address is [email protected].
1.2. The Operator is licensed in Estonia and offers services under the licenses for organizing online gambling for an unspecified term from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, license number: HKT000062, valid from 8th of October, 2021, and sports betting (toto) license number: HKT000073, valid from 3rd of January 2023, organization permit number: HKL000371, valid from 9th of December 2021, and sports betting (toto) organization permit number: HKL000437, valid from 3rd of November 2023.
1.3. In compliance with the Gambling Act, the Operator exclusively welcomes players aged 18 or above (or the lawful gambling age in your residing jurisdiction, if higher). Players bear the sole responsibility to investigate the prevailing laws and regulations in their jurisdiction concerning age restrictions for online gambling.
1.4. The games offered by the Operator are: Casino, Live Casino, Jackpot Games, Sports Betting (Toto), and other games as may from time to time become available on the Website.
1.5. Member Account on the Website is intended for administration of the Customer's gaming expenses, for refunding and payment of wins by the Operator. The Member Account may only be used to participate in the Gaming Service. The Operator reserves the right to limit payments to the Member Account at any time for security purposes.
1.6. By using the services provided by the Operator on the basis of these Operator’s Terms and Conditions, the Customer simultaneously agrees to the Sports Betting (Toto) Terms and Conditions and the Operator's Privacy Policy.
2. MEMBER ACCOUNT
2.1. The method available for deposits, withdrawals, and registration of Member Accounts on the Website shall be done via a direct banking verification system or other means available to your location. You must verify your identity either by using electronic-issued IDs (ID Card, Smart-ID, Mobile ID, eID issued by credit or payment or other regulated institutions, etc.) or through the Sumsub user verification system to be able to play on the Website. The deposit shall be made by the Customer only from a personal bank account belonging to the same Customer and to your personal account on the Website (Member Account). The Operator will automatically open the Member Account upon receiving the deposit in case the Customer complies with the Terms & Conditions. Deposits are only allowed for playing games on the Website.
2.2. You as the Customer guarantee that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (Toto), over 21 years of age (games of chance), or of the legal age allowed to gamble in the respective jurisdiction, whichever is lower;
- You are not restricted by limited legal capacity;
- You are not acting on behalf of another party;
- You have not added yourself to the list which defines gambling restrictions for you as an individual (known as “HAMPI”);
- Only you have access and are using the Member Account;
- You are not depositing money derived from illegal activities;
- You inform the Operator immediately in case you are or become a politically exposed person (PEP) and agree to undergo enhanced due diligence procedures of the Operator.
2.3. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that operations comply with all laws in force in the jurisdiction in which you are using the Operator's service. If you are in a country where remote gambling is prohibited, you may not use the services of the Operator.
2.4. The Operator may request additional identification documents at any time, e.g. a copy of an identification document or a document serving as a proof of address.
2.5. The Customer's Member Account may be blocked or closed if You do not provide the requested additional information or documents or if such information or any of the documents you supply are found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or of poor quality.
2.6. The Customer gives his/her permission for the registration, processing, and saving of his/her personal data in the Operator's online Customer register.
2.7. The Operator shall treat and process all personal data and documents in accordance with the applicable laws and requirements related to licenses.
2.8. The Operator reserves the right to limit payments in connection to Member Account at any time for security reasons or for other grounds on the basis of the law.
2.9. The Operator does not issue proofs or receipts for individual entries made onto the Member Account. The entries shall be entered electronically in the gaming service.
2.10. It is the Customer's sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secure. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. The Operator is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Member Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
2.11. The Operator shall not provide the details of your Member Account via Live Chat.
2.12. In case the Customer will not log in or access his Member Account for an uninterrupted period of 6 months, his Member Account shall be classified as an inactive account.
2.13. Inactive accounts shall be charged an administrative fee in the amount of €5 or equivalent currency per month. You will receive an email notice 30 days prior to the first deduction of the administrative fee. Once Your Member Account balance reaches zero funds, the administrative fee will no longer be charged, and the Member Account shall be closed.
2.14. Should You reactivate Your Member Account by making one or more wagers within 6 months from the moment the administrative fee for a given month was deducted from your Member Account, the Operator will refund any deducted administration fee.
2.15. To get a refund from inactive, closed, blocked, or self-excluded accounts, You need to contact Customer Support with the relevant request.
2.16. If a Customer’s Member Account has been suspended or blocked for more than 6 months, in accordance with clauses 2.5 and/or 12.1, the Operator reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €5 or equivalent currency per month until the Member Account is unblocked or the balance reaches zero. The Operator shall close the suspended or blocked Member Account once the account reaches zero balance.
3. DEPOSITS
3.1. The Customer can participate in the games only if he has sufficient funds in his Member Account.
3.2. The information required to make a deposit to the Member Account and the deposit options are listed separately on the Website. Deposits can only be made in euros. The minimum deposit amount is €20 (twenty) euros.
3.3. You (as a Customer) are responsible for all expenses that the bank may debit for payments related to the Operator's bank account or for credit transfers made between the Operator's bank accounts, other external transaction providers, and the Customer.
3.4. The Operator has the rights to perform additional actions, request documentation and identify the Customer's identity in the event that the amount of one or more deposits/withdrawals is €2,000 euros or more in total within one month. The Operator has the right to perform additional actions in case of smaller deposits/withdrawals. If the Customer cannot provide the Operator with such information then The Operator may suspend his Member Account until provided with the requested information or permanently close the Members Account.
3.5. The organizer (Operator) is not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred related to deposits made in a currency other than the currency of the Member Account. Conversion fees and currency exchange fees may apply.
3.6. The Operator is obligated to check all transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
3.7. Funds deposited by the Customer are accountable funds, and the Operator shall keep the Customer's funds separate from its own funds.
3.8. The Operator does not pay interest on funds transferred by the Customer to the Operator's bank account.
4. BONUSES
4.1. Deposit bonuses, free bets, risk-free bets, free spins, and any other bonuses can only be received and wagered once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, device, IP address, including environments where computers are shared in the same network (university, fraternity/association, school, public library, workplace, etc.). Offers that are directed at new Customers (for instance slots boost campaigns/promotions or some of the above-mentioned bonus types) are counted as welcome offers. Welcome offers can only be used once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, device, IP address including environments where computers are shared in the same network (university, fraternity/association, school, public library, workplace, etc.). The Operator reserves the right to close your Member Account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.
4.2. The maximum bet with an active first and second deposit bonus is €2 (two) euros, for the third one €5 (five) euros. The maximum bet value allowed with other bonuses may vary.
4.3. If the Customer has an active bonus - bonus buying / double up / „gamble“ (doubling) bonus games in slots is forbidden, as the maximum bet of the active bonus will be exceeded. If a player bets more than allowed with an active bonus, it is classified as bonus abuse. This type of gaming is only permitted by special agreement.
4.4. If the Customer exceeds the maximum allowed bet value while wagering bonus money, the system will automatically remove his bonus balance up to the amount of the last deposit, and it will be returned to his balance at the moment when the wagering process will be completed.
4.5. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements. In the event that the wagering requirement applies, relevant information is displayed before the Customer decides to use the bonus. It is possible to request a withdrawal only for the real money balance; the bonus money balance is removed (lost) upon withdrawal. The Operator has the right to choose which game and service contributes to the wagering requirement applies to. The wagering requirement is equivalent to no less than 25 times; the bonus and the amount of real money make up the total of the bonus sum. The minimum deposit to receive a bonus is €20 (twenty) euros, except for cases where a different minimum deposit amount is specified in the terms of the selected bonus. The terms of different bonuses may differ. Please read the bonus Terms and Conditions each time before choosing and activating a bonus.
4.6. If the Customer cancels an active bonus, he loses all bonus money. If the Customer makes a withdrawal, all his active bonuses will be cancelled and the bonus money will be lost during the withdrawal process. If the Customer makes a new deposit, the balance of the previous bonus will be lost. All bonuses of the Operator are connected (sticky): all bets are made from the real balance and all winnings are transferred to the bonus balance. When a Customer activates a bonus, he must complete its wagering requirement. It is technically not possible for Customer Support representatives to re-add a cancelled bonus with the same wagering requirement.
4.7. If the Customer wants to continue playing without a bonus after a new deposit, he must make sure that there are no active bonuses in his account before making a deposit.
4.8. If the Customer's bonus balance is less than €10 (ten) euros, the old bonus is automatically cancelled upon the new deposit. The bonus balance will expire, and if the bonus includes free spins, they will no longer be available.
4.9. Some games can't be played with Bonus balance due to their game design. These games will not be displayed in the game lobby. *The following games can’t be played with a bonus: All roulette games, All blackjack games, All Baccarat games, All Live games, and All slot games with progressive game design.
4.10. The right to decide on a possible cashback or loyalty award/reward to be given to the casino Customer is fully owned by the Operator. Restrictions on these prizes/rewards are decided by the Operator. If the Member Account is subject to a restriction (eg account block, deposit limits, loss limits, etc.), cashback or loyalty cash rewards/rewards may not be available for that account. Cashback free spins, super spins, and real money are only available for 60 days. Cashback can only be calculated based on casino activity and not on the activity in the sportsbook section.
4.11. The Operator reserves the right to withhold and remove the cashback rewards given to the Customer if it has not been used within 3 months since it was added.
4.12. The maximum amount of money that can be withdrawn from a no deposit bonus (eg. cash-back, bonus money, complimentary free spins and other free awards) accounts to €1,000 and other currency equivalents. Any winnings resulting from such bonuses exceeding €1,000 might be kept by the management.
Example 1: The player is credited 100 free spins on Book of Dead. The player manages to win €5,000. From the €5,000, €4,000 will be kept by the management and €1,000 might be available for the player to withdraw.
Example 2: The player is credited a €50 bonus with x10 wagering. The player proceeds to win €6,500. €5,500 will be kept by the management and €1,000 might be available for the player to withdraw.
Example 3: If a player receives a cashback of €5,000 and subsequently wins an additional €20,000, management might keep €24,000.
Example 4: If a player wins €5,000 from 100 free spins on Book of Dead and then goes on to win an additional €20,000 from that amount, management might keep €24,000.
5. WITHDRAWALS
5.1. In-game winnings shall be visible on your Member Account automatically.
5.2. The information regarding withdrawal options from Member Account to a personal bank account can be found under the Withdrawals page on the Website.
5.3. Withdrawals can only be made to the Customer's personal bank account using the same method as for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are prohibited. The Operator has the right to require the client to provide additional identification documents to confirm that the account belongs to the Customer.
5.4. Before confirming the payout, the Operator has the right to demand a one-time play from the player in the amount equal to the player's previous deposit(s).
5.5. The Operator is required to check all the transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Certain delays can happen due to these checks.
5.6. The Operator shall send the withdrawal request to the bank within 48 hours of receiving the withdrawal request from the Customer.
5.7. The operator is not responsible for any damages that may arise as a direct or indirect result of delays in the payment of winnings or obstacles to the completion of the payment.
5.8. The Operator is not responsible for additional fees that may be associated with service fees imposed by credit and financial institutions.
5.9. Winnings cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
5.10. In the event of questions regarding taxes or legal issues, the gaming Customer is advised to contact an advisor or the authorities in the country where the Customer resides.
5.10.1. The maximum withdrawal amount is €10,000 (ten thousand) euros per day and €150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) euros per month unless a different amount has been previously agreed upon.
5.10.2 All payouts in our casino are processed with a commission. This commission is charged and retained by the payment system provider and the operator has no direct influence on it. All withdrawal requests have a fixed fee of €2 (two) euros. The minimum withdrawal amount is €25 (twenty-five).
5.10.3. In cases when a customer requests a withdrawal without reaching the minimum turnover threshold (x5), Winnerz reserves the right to charge a 10% fee of the requested withdrawal amount. The fee will be instantly deducted after the approval of the requested withdrawal.
5.10.3.1. If the minimum wagering requirements for a single deposit were not met in accordance with rule 5.10.3, and a customer made a new deposit while having an active balance from the previous deposit, the minimum wagering requirements shall also apply to both deposits. A new deposit does not cancel the wagering requirements for the previous one.
For example, if a customer deposits €500 and makes a new €20 deposit without reaching the minimum turnover threshold (x5 of the deposit amount), then the customer will have to make bets totaling €2 600 (€500x5 = €2 500 + €20x5 = €100 in total, €2 600). Minimum threshold turnover for the slot games is equal to x5 from the deposited amount, and x5 for all other games.
5.10.3.2. In case a customer has deposited via a payment system that does not support outgoing payments, we will not be able to make a withdrawal to another system unless the customer completes the minimum threshold turnover (x5 from the deposited amount). Also in most cases we reserve the right to require a minimum deposit from a new payment system.
5.10.4. The Operator reserves the right to apply individual withdrawal fees to specific Customers and Customer groups based on various business factors and parameters.
5.10.5. In the cases mentioned below, the Operator may review the validity of the Customer's winnings through additional check-ups by the technical department and/or by requesting a game-play analysis from the game provider(s). Win that exceeds 5000 times the bet. For example: The Customer's bet is made for €0.10 euros and the winnings from this bet are €500 (five hundred) euros (0.10x5000). Win whose amount is equal to or more than €10,000 (ten thousand) euros. The amount of the bet is not taken into account. The total balance of the Customer's account is €50,000 (fifty thousand) euros or more when requesting a withdrawal. In cases when the player's win is equal to the maximum potential of the slot. For example: a player wins 5000 times their stake/bet in Fruit Party, which is the maximum multiplier for this slot. These additional check-ups may take up to 7 working days and this information will be communicated to the Customer.
Winnerz reserves the right to investigate the legitimacy of any bets or winnings that exceed 5,000 EUR or the equivalent in other currencies. The investigation may take up to 7 working days, and this information will be communicated to the Customer. In case the betting provider requests further examination or information, Winnerz has the right to prolong the investigation term and any withdrawals until further notice.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. The Operator is not responsible for server malfunctions/failures/disruptions, any downtimes, planned or unplanned provider maintenance, political disturbance, lagging, or any other technical issues affecting the gameplay caused due to these reasons. Refunds may only be made if deemed necessary by management. Refunds can only be made at the discretion of management, and each situation is reviewed on an individual basis. If the Customer believes that he is entitled to a refund, they should contact the Customer Support department by writing to [email protected] .
6.2. The Operator shall not accept any liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or its content, including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
6.3. The Operator has the right to declare the Customer's game event invalid if one of the following circumstances should become apparent:
- A game event has been offered, requested, and/or accepted due to an error;
- The Customer or third parties acting/cooperating with the Customer have jointly decided to refrain from complying with the Terms and Conditions;
- The Customer is disqualified from participating in game events, the final result of which can be directly and/or indirectly influenced by the Customer or a third party cooperating with the Customer;
- The result/outcome of the game event has been directly and/or indirectly affected by illegal actions.
6.4. Among other things, the Customer is strictly prohibited from the following activities or behaviours related to the game service:
- Manipulating the game(s) and/or making illegal payments;
- Use of external programs to assist in gaming;
- Using software that plays on behalf of the Customer or guides the Customer in playing;
- Any action/attempt to change, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer programs or otherwise attempt to determine the structure of the programs;
- Any other fraudulent activity or attempt thereof, regardless of its outcome.
6.5. The Customer is not entitled to funds or benefits obtained by fraud, violation of the game rules or the Terms and Conditions, criminal activity, or manipulation of the gaming system by any other inappropriate means.
6.6. The Customer acknowledges that the Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to delays, damages resulting from the missed opportunity to use the game service, lost profits, loss of reputation, goodwill, or other financial losses arising from use circumstances related to the gaming service.
6.7. The Operator exempts itself from any claims for damages arising from access to the gaming service’s function, quality, and possible errors such as typographical/spelling errors, program errors/bugs, and other factors related to the gaming service.
6.8. The operator is not responsible for damages whatsoever caused by force majeure.
7. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
7.1. The Operator's purpose is to provide entertainment. The Operator aims to provide a safe and pleasant environment, and they expect Customers to use the services responsibly and in a reasonable manner.
7.2. The Customer is not obliged to participate in any games. Any playing is done entirely at the Customer's own choice, decision, and risk. The Website and the games are provided without warranty of any kind whatsoever, even if implied.
7.3. The Operator strictly follows the laws established in the Republic of Estonia. The Operator's services cannot be used by persons who have imposed a gaming ban on themselves through the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. In case of any suspicions, the Operator has the right to ask the Customer for additional documents and, if necessary, to close his Member Account.
7.4. The Customer can ban (set a cool-off period) himself from playing at any time. If the Customer feels that his gaming behaviour is causing him difficulties, a short break can be helpful to gather their thoughts and avoid making hasty decisions. To help the Customer with this, they can set a cool-off on gaming for the following periods on his "My Account" page. If the time periods of the restriction are not in accordance with the Customer's requirements, our Customer Support department will kindly help by e-mail at [email protected]
Possible suspension (cool-off) periods are:
- 24 hours;
- 1 week;
- 30 days;
- 90 days;
- 180 days.
7.5. The Operator strongly advises the Customer to fill in the e-mail field on his profile before requesting restrictions to ensure a timely response.
7.6. If the Customer decides, after getting acquainted with the game ban (cool-off) limits, that he wants to close his Member Account for life, he is asked to state this separately in the request.
7.7. If the Customer's request is approved by the Operator, this decision cannot be cancelled or withdrawn under any circumstances. When the period of gaming ban (cool-off) in the Customer's request is over, the Member Account will be opened automatically. A Member Account closed for life remains closed forever. The game limit of the Member Account is activated when the Operator confirms it.
7.8. As an alternative to the previous restriction, the Customer can limit his consecutive playing time or possible financial loss.
7.9. The Customer can set a time limit for playing on his gaming account. By choosing a time limit for playing, the player will receive a notification about the length of his session.
7.10. The (playing) time limit selected by the Customer applies immediately after it is set, which is also indicated by the clock on the screen counting down the time until the limit ends.
7.11. The Customer can set a limit on the amount he can lose while playing on the Website during a certain period. The loss limit means the net value of the loss amount. Therefore the loss amount limit is deducted from the starting amount of the session by day, week, or month. Your limits start from the moment they are first set.
Possible periods for loss limit are:
- Daily loss limit
- Weekly loss limit
- Monthly loss limit
7.12. The Customer can reduce his loss limit at any time. The loss limit reduction takes effect immediately. The Customer can increase or remove his loss limit at any time, and these changes will take effect after 48 hours.
7.13. Depending on the Customer's country of residence, the Customer may also be able to set a limit for deposits to his Member Account.
7.14. The Customer can at any time ask to close his Member Account or freeze it for a certain period of time. The Operator freezes the Member Account at the Customer's written request. If the freezing is carried out more than three times during a calendar year, the Operator has the right to delete the Member Account.
7.15. It is also possible to submit an application to EMTA for self-exclusion at any operator licensed to operate in the Republic of Estonia (land-based or internet-based), but this option is available only to Estonian citizens/residents.
7.16. The Operator has the right to delete an inactive Member Account that has not been used for 12 months.
8. GENERAL TERMS
8.1. When using all games offered by the gaming service, the Customer undertakes to always follow the corresponding game rules in addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Any breach/violation of the gaming rules or Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall automatically result in the gaming event being considered invalid/void and the playing Customer forfeiting any right to any winnings obtained from such invalid/void games. The Operator reserves the right to declare games void at any time during the Customer relationship if the playing Customer has breached/violated the Terms and Conditions and rules of this Agreement.
8.2. If the Customer discovers an error/bug in the program or in the system, he/she must immediately log out from the gaming service. The Customer may never benefit from errors or bugs in the program or gaming system. If the Customer detects a program or any other error or bug in the gaming service or when logging into it, he/she undertakes to notify the Operator immediately.
8.3. The Operator has the right to declare the Customer's gaming result/event(s) invalid if one of the following circumstances is revealed:
- The gaming event has been offered, requested, or accepted on the grounds of an error;
- The Customer or third parties cooperating with the Customer have jointly decided not to comply with the Agreement;
- The Customer is disqualified from participating in gaming event(s), the final result of which can be directly or indirectly influenced by the Customer or a third party cooperating with the Customer;
- The result of the gaming event(s) has been directly or indirectly affected by illegal actions.
8.4. The Customer must perform all operations related to the Member Account personally, and all transfers to the account must be made solely for the benefit of the playing Customer. Access to the gaming service may not be given to third parties through the Customer's Member Account.
8.5. The Customer is not allowed to create more than one Member Account. If the Customer creates more than one account, the account(s) may be closed, and the funds in the account may be confiscated by the Operator.
8.6. Upon registration, the Member Account will be added by default to all available marketing channels (including but not limited to phone calls, SMS, and e-mails), depending on the player's jurisdiction. The player can change the option on the "My Account" page. The Operator would like to remind the Customer that forgery is severely punishable by law. In case of suspicion of a forgery or an edited copy of documents, the Operator reserves the right to send such documents to the relevant regulatory authorities.
9. LIVE CHAT RULES
9.1. The Operator may provide the Customer with a live chat function that is led by and controlled by the Operator. The Operator has the right to monitor/review the chat/conversation(s) and document statements made through this function. The Customer should use the live chat for recreational and socializing purposes.
9.2. The Operator has the right to remove the live chat function or immediately close the Customer's Member Account and refund the Customer if the Customer:
- Makes explicit sexual or grossly offensive statements, expresses bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity;
- Makes abusive, defamatory, harassing, insulting or offensive statements to the Operator's representative(s);
- Uses the live chat function to make statements related to or promoting other companies that provide electronic services;
- Makes statements related to the Operator or any other website related to the Operator that are untrue or malicious and/or damaging to the organizer (Operator);
- Uses the live chat to collude, participate in illegal activities, or encourage activities that the Operator deems grossly inappropriate.
9.3. All suspicious chat/conversation(s) will be reported to the competent authorities.
9.4. Live Chat is intended for communication between the Operator and the Customer and may not be shared with third parties, including on forums or social media channels.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1. The Operator's trademark(s), logo(s), name(s) of the product(s) and services, and slogan(s) used in the gaming service are the property of the Operator and may not be used in any way without prior written consent from the Operator. The Customer's right to use the gaming service cannot be interpreted as granting a license or right to use any trademark(s) or name(s) on the company's Website or related to the gaming service without the prior written consent of the company or an authorized third party.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THE GAMING RULES OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
11.1. The Operator has the right to make unilateral changes to Terms and Conditions or service-related conditions without informing the Customer in advance.
11.2. In the event that the Operator changes the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, he will inform the Customer of this by e-mail or by a notification given/published on the Website. The Customer is solely responsible for keeping himself informed of the changes/amendments.
12. BREACH OF AGREEMENT
12.1. If the Customer breaches these Terms and Conditions or there is a suspicion that the Customer has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Operator has the right to close the Customer's Member Account, not to open it anymore, or to withhold the player's winnings and use them to cover the losses/damages caused by the Customer.
13. RESOLVING COMPLAINTS
13.1. In case of any claims and in the event of disagreements, the Customer must submit a complaint to the Operator using live chat or e-mail [email protected].
13.2. The Operator will do its best to reach an agreement within a reasonable time.
13.3. The Operator is obliged to immediately investigate every complaint submitted to him or the Estonian Tax and Customs Board by the Customer, which is related to the operation of the game organized by the Operator or to the actions of the representative of the Operator, which is related to the game organized by the Operator.
14. VALIDITY OF PROVISIONS
14.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be removed from the Terms and Conditions, and all other provisions will remain in effect without being affected by such removal.
15. APPLICABLE LAW
15.1. The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply to these Terms and Conditions, and in case of disputes, the parties undertake to submit to the Harju County Court.
